Happy Birthday Adam!

Today was Adam's 29th Birthday!! We met him downtown at the Rathskeller for lunch. He was able to take the rest of the day off, so we went shopping! It was a beautiful day!

Best "Big Brother"

Adam and I had talked all week about when and how we were going to tell our parents the exciting news. We decided we didn't want to wait and made plans for them to come over tonight for pizza. We added "Best Big Brother" to a t-shirt we bought Hunter. Everyone was at our house when I came home from work, so Adam and I took Hunter to our room and dressed him in his shirt (he HATED it). We followed Hunter back out to the living room where our parents were ooing and awing about his shirt. When it finally sunk in what was on his t-shirt, they all jumped up screaming and crying. They were VERY excited for us!

We're Expecting!

Over this past weekend, I wasn't quite feeling like myself. I had to work and I just felt overly tired and nauseous periodically. I just attributed it to PMS. In the back of my mind I knew I had a chance of being pregnant, but I didn't want to get my hopes up. When I took the pregnancy test this morning I couldn't believe my eyes ... it was POSITIVE!!!! I told Adam before he even got up for work, I couldn't hold it in! He was instantly excited ... he brought home the most beautiful bouquet of my favorite flowers! We are ready for this wonderful journey!

Orlando Vacation

Today, I flew down to Orlando to meet Adam and his mom and dad for a week in the sun! We had awesome weather, 80s and sunny every day! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, shopping, putt putt, and a day at Epcot. We were also excited to eat at our favorite restaurant, Bahama Breeze!! We didn't want to leave the great weather behind, but we missed our baby ... Hunter! : )
