Karen's birthday was this past Sunday, but unfortunately everyone in their house was SICK!! :( I had baked her a cake on Friday with hopes of getting together to celebrate, but they were still under the weather. So, we delivered it to her on Sunday (more like dropped it off and ran!). Hopefully they were able to enjoy it a little. Sorry your birthday was a bummer, Karen! We hope you are feeling better and we are looking forward to celebrating your special day!! Happy Birthday Oma! We love you!!
Just a 4 layer cake with alternating purple and yellow layers ... Purple is Karen's favorite color :)
